Wynter knocked on the door to her Grandmother's office.
"Grandmum, are you here?" she asked.
"Yes, I am, please come in Wynter. This is a nice suprise, I was wondering when you were going to come and see me again." she smiled as Wynter entered. "Come to take me up on the job offer?" she asked.
"Well, yes actually, but there is something else I want to talk to you about." Wynter said, looking serious.
"What is it Wynter?" Siccah asked.
"I'm pregnant grandmum. I am carrying Marius's child." she said.
"You're what? I mean,... Are you sure?" Siccah asked in shock.
"Yes I am sure. Marius actually knew before I did and then I had Mrs. Snape confirm it."
"Oh honey, you are so young. Are you sure this is what you want?"
"Yes, I love him grandmum. I want to be his wife, and to have his children. I have never wanted anything more." she smiled.
Siccah sat there for a minute, taking it all in. "Then I am happy for you honey I really am." she said as she got up to hug her granddaughter. "Does your parents know?"
"No, not yet." Wynter said. "I will tell them after the wedding. Noko is gonna put a charm on me to where noone can tell except those who know." she explained.
"That is a good idea. Don't tell that brother of yours, everyone would know." Siccah said.
Wynter let out a laugh. "I won't tell him. Only you know, Marius's parents, and I will tell Aunt Aumiteigh. I haven't figured out if I am going to tell Marius's brother and sister yet. I don't know them."
"Wynter, I really am happy for you and I will not tell a soul." Siccah assured her.
"Thank you. Now, about this job..."
"Well, the hours will be 6am until 4pm, Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesdays and Thursdays." Siccah explained. "You will be in charge of grading my papers, running my errands, and assisting me in class when I need the help. Do you think you can handle that?"
Wynter thought it over. "Yes I can totally handle that. As long as I am home for Marius in the evenings so we can spend time together." she said
"You will be home in plenty of time. When can you start?"
"Well. I have a dinner party tomorrow but I could start tomorrow if you want me to." Wynter said.
"Tomorrow is fine. You can work 6am until 1pm. That way you have plenty of time to prepare."
Wynter hugged her grandmother again. "Thank you for everything"
"Anytime sugar. Anytime." she said. 'I have class now, so I will see you tomorrow ok?"
"Ok, love you lots." she said as she left her grandmother's office.
